** TM5, FRANCE (Special Event). Dominique, F5SJB, will once again use the special callsign TM5RDL from Lons-le-Saunier, France, between May 1-15th. Activity is to commemorate Rouget de Lisle, a poet and author of the Marseillaise (French national anthem), born in Lons le Saunier (Jura) on May 10th, 1760. Operations will be on CW QRP.
